Refund & Cancellation Policy – JoJo Bike Rental
At JoJo Bike Rental, we maintain an open and honest relationship with our riders. Our refund and cancellation terms ensure fair treatment for all customers while protecting our fleet operations.
1. Refund Timelines & Mode of Payment
- Processing Window: All refunds shall be made through the original payment mode within 7–10 working days.
- Cancellation Refund: Note: (Cancellation refund will be done through the original payment method within 7–10 working days).
- Insurance Claim Settlements: JOJO BIKE RENTAL will refund the amount claimed under insurance to the customer, as and when the claim process is completed.
- Violation Penalties & Availability: JOJO BIKE RENTAL reserves the right to charge a violation penalty on the rider. Weekend (Sat–Sun) rates may vary based on availability.
2. Repairs & Maintenance Reimbursements
- The refunds for repairs & maintenance done by customers on the vehicles shall be processed within 7–10 working days.
- The customer is required to share the bills with the JOJO BIKE RENTAL team.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios & Forfeitures
Explicit conditions where refunds will not be processed:
- Customer Misconduct & Intoxication: Any misconduct with the station executive by the rider under the influence of alcohol or otherwise will result in cancellation of booking. The rider will not be liable to any refunds in such case.
- Intoxication at Pick-up: If at any time, the user exhibits any signs of intoxication during bike pick-up, JOJO BIKE RENTAL is at complete liberty to cancel the booking and no amount will be processed for refund.
- Excess Petrol / Fuel: In case there is excess fuel in the vehicle at the time of return, JOJO BIKE RENTAL is not liable for any refunds for the same.
- No-Show: If after 4 hours of booking start time the customer still doesn't show up, booking stands cancelled and no refunds would be applicable.
- Trip Shortening & Late Return: No refunds would be provided in this case.
- Police Seizure & Interstate Permits: Under a bike cease by City Traffic Police, JOJO BIKE RENTAL will not be liable for any of the legal procedures set by the Court and the corresponding charges will be undertaken by the user himself.
